Returns and Refunds
DTE wants you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, the following return and refund policy is offered:

Communication must be sought immediately and privately with the seller for any issues about the product.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Only faulty products will be eligible for a refund.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.
Shipping and delivery
DTE utilises Australia Postal service to ship all items to your preferred address. Once parcel is packed and shipped, you are given a tracking number which you can use to track your items on the Australia Post website

Shipping Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery times depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post flat rate delivery service to your specified address

International Shipping: DTE currently offers international shipping to select countries. Additional fees and customs charges may apply.
Loyalty Card
DTE offers all customers with a loyalty card which is designed to reward you for your continued support. As a valued customer, every posted parcel is a step to unlocking exclusive discounts and offers to full- priced products. No further discounts applied on preordered items.
