STORE POLICY

Returns and Refunds

DTE wants you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, the following return and refund policy is offered:​
  • Communication must be sought immediately and privately with the seller for any issues about the product.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only faulty products will be eligible for a refund. 

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.

Shipping and delivery

​DTE utilises Australia Postal service to ship all items to your preferred address. Once parcel is packed and shipped, you are given a tracking number which you can use to track your items on the Australia Post website 
  • Shipping Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery times depending on your location and shipping method.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post flat rate  delivery service to your specified address

  • International Shipping: DTE currently offers international shipping to select countries. Additional fees and customs charges may apply.

Loyalty Card

DTE offers all customers with a loyalty card which is designed to reward you for your continued support. As a valued customer, every posted parcel is a step to unlocking exclusive discounts and offers to full- priced products. No further discounts applied on preordered items.
